I just posted the photos of my friend Sheila’s pumpkin project in my post, Pumpkin Time.
Country Living magazine and read the instructions for myself (and you.) So here they are.
Select paper napkins with a design you like. Then here you go.

Even my 14yr old commented on how cute these pumpkins were when she saw the CL magazine. I would love to try this. Thanks for sharing!

I was wondering if these were real or fake. Can you use a real pumpkin? I am so doing this! I just love this idea! I have been looking for some projects for the kids to do for a Halloween Preschool party. I am doing this for my house this year!

Thanks, Anita!
We should all post our results around Halloween.

I just had to pop in to say I giggled out loud when you said you liked my afghan but wasn’t a fan of that song! Me neither! I remember when that song came out and it kinda offended me somehow. But when I started typing my post and said I felt like I had almost given birth – that song popped in my mind! Guess what? I had others tell me how they didn’t like that song! 🙂 I even left out some of words that offended me! Oh, well! 🙂
Be a sweetie,
Shelia 😉

I line the front garden with medium size real pumpkins. I spray them with clear gloss protective spray, so they last longer.
I will try this napkin idea on a larger size one, I will mix it in with gourds and other pumpkins.
It really is so pretty, the napkin technique.
At the end of the season I crack them open and leave in different areas of the woods by our house.
