I wondered what my top blog post was of all time, so I did a little research and found that the top viewed blog post on my blog isn’t even of my house! What?
Oh well. It’s a gorgeous home. I wrote about this home tour 3 years ago, so unless you been following my blog for a long time, you might have missed it. I thought I would share it with you again today. It’s still gorgeous and I still love it. This home was built by my builder, and it was actually his home until he built another much bigger home recently. Up front (since I know someone is going to ask) I will say I do not know any of the paint colors. The counter top is White river granite, but that’s all the info I have for you on this house.
Okay let’s get on with the tour.
Did I mention I love my job?
The kitchen is scrumptious with this huge island and dreamy 48 inch professional Thermador gas stove.
I love these pendant lights over the island.
The living room is open to the kitchen.
Isn’t this a nice spot to read a book? I love all of the trim work here.
And what an adorable little girl’s room!!
The master has this wonderful paneled wall behind the bed and lots of light coming in through the windows. Don’t you love those floors?
These double doors open up to a breath-taking bathroom.
This room is big enough for dancing, welll I mean, if you wanted to…
Did you notice the chandy?
And what about that tub?
What’s better than a gorgeous chandy in the dining room? Can you say “TWO”?
I love a chandelier in any room! Beautiful home.
I love the amazing tub
Love this home!
truly gorgeous! Loved the bell-shaped pendant lights especially and who doesn’t love open, curving stairs and heavy duty lusciousness in a kitchen? wonderful!
Gorgeous!
So many swoon worthy things in this home!
Love this home. Missed the tour when it was first published. Thanks for sharing
Absolutely gorgeous!
It looks like every other new house. Living room in the kitchen basically and the bathroom looks down right cold. Sorry I love your site and taste but this place looks unloved and unlived in. Also the dining room put in a regular room off to the side there looks wierd, The only room I likes was the babies room it was softer and warmer.
Love this house, so much to take in, so glad you shared it again!
I like that you revisit prevuoustours. The kitchen is fabulous. And the marble ledge by the tub is unique and so useful – maybe to hold a glass of wine while soaking. Hope you are feeling better soon.
Sw-eet !!! Thanks for sharing ☺️
Beautiful and so is your home. You inspire me to want to brighten and warm up my home.
What a beautiful home!
In my next life….. absolutely gorgeous!
Such a gorgeous home!! My favorite room has to be that French Country kitchen!! Love, love, love!! Thanks for sharing!
Wow! Wouldn’t mind living there! The marble floors in the bath were gorgeous!
Anita this truly is a gorgeous home and your amazing photography skills truly showcased its loveliness.
I wanted to take a moment and thank you so very much for participating in the past week’s tour.
The event brought happiness to many. I received so many messages from individuals who so appreciated all of the wonderful tips, touches and gorgeous images. I am running a round up tour today for any who might have missed a glimpse of the beauty shared.
Your second home in the mountains truly captured the season in all its bountiful best.
Again, my deepest thanks. Have a wonderful weekend.
Fabulous!! All the wonderful details……the moldings, lighting, etc. etc. etc. A house to Dream to~
WoW! What a stunning house!
If this was my house, I would never move away! Just beautiful…..
I live overseas so had to ask myself “what is a chandy?” I figured it out!
Your blog is my 2nd favorite blog. I’m not into Farmhouse or French looks, but I love what you post. I look forward to a long relationship.
Thanks.
Carol, thank you!! I guess I’m not going to ask which blog is your favorite!
Beautiful home and such great photography, Anita!

Love this home, well photographed!!
Beautiful home. I adore the chandeliers!
I agree with one of your readers comments above, lots of neat ideas but it didn’t look like a warm and cozy house, maybe it was staged but the kitchen (i loved the marble counter and stove), but there was no heart, the little girls room was the same…I think maybe its just a matter of taste.
WOW! Only question: where are the servant’s quarters!!!
Ha!!
Absolutely stunning!
Just Absolutely Gorgeous home so many WoW factors <3 <3 <3
I like your home so much more, Anita. This home, while lovely, is just too opulent for me. However, I have to say that I do like those doors to the bathroom.
Living in TX, too ~ in the Dallas area ~ I see familiar things that might be common to homes recently built in and around our big cities. I love it all! I do think that just having lots of extra, open space can add a “less than warm” look to homes. And being totally uncluttered can emphasize that feeling …
One thing I did notice was not a part of the home itself, but that unique and awesome chest in the baby’s room! What a spectacular way to finish the drawers and door front! I would love to try to replicate even a few of the ideas that were used on it.
For me, my creative mind is always “spinning,” so seeing a gem of an *idea!* like this in a tour is thrilling!
So thanks for repeating this tour ~ I’m a new enough follower to have missed the original share … ! kj
When can I move in ?
I see decorating ideas in every room for use in my home !
Beautiful kitchen and counters.
I really like the window trim in the nursery! The whole house is trimmed out beautifully! Someone did a phenomenal job taking those pictures! Thanks for sharing this with newer followers like me! ?
I did like the chest I the baby’s room. Very different!
What a beautiful home the kitchen is to die for and the marble ledge by the tub is great The Decor is stunning too Thanks for sharing again
Thank you for the wonderful tour, now that I have found you I will be visiting often.
Does anyone know where I can purchase those beautiful island pendant light Skin?
Gail
I am also interested in purchasing the pendant lights – where were they purchased?
If you can’t find it in the comments, I suggest trying to reach the builder. I don’t know where the owner found them.
Where did you purchase the pendants above your island?
Cathy those are from Build.com
