Giving a Bathroom Spa-like Details

By Anita 11 Comments

bath salts

So come on in and I’ll show you my little slice of heaven.

how to add spa details to your bath

I keep my bath salts in this big jar and scoop them out with an antique English tea cup into my over-sized tub.  For bath salts I use inexpensive Epsom salts from the grocery store. It makes such a soothing, relaxing bath. I’ve heard it’s the magnesium in the Epsom salts.

I’ve got everything I need here… soaps, a back brush, towels, and a clock just in case I want to know just how much time I am wasting, but really, I don’t…. want to know.

It’s so relaxing here or at least it was…. until my family discovered my hiding place.

Sigh.. I guess I could just take a shower next time.

Well as you can see there’s not much privacy there either. I think I am just going to start locking the door.

This is so gorgeous! Someday, when I finally rip out my 1980s carpet and wallpaper from our bathroom, I will try to make mine look as lovely. Great inspiration!
