Frenchy Bathroom

By Anita 35 Comments

Personally I never cared for a big bathroom,
or for a soak in the tub.
Until this became my tub.

Can you say “DELICIOUS?”
Yes I am now completed converted.

I’m now… a TUB person.

Yup, I often have the tell-tale sign of someone who has over-indulged…
prune fingers.
Did you notice my mirrors?  They are from Hobby Lobby.
I painted them, of course, but I think they turned out beautifully.
This is our new linen closet.

Did you miss any pictures of the new house? You can catch up here.

When I looked at those mirrors in Hobby Lobby? I never would have seen what you have in your bathroom.

You have me sighing entirely too much!

Great bathroom. Who doesn’t love a huge bathroom and soaker tub or whirlpool? Great mirrors- they are such a fantastic shape. Need to go to a Hobby Lobby. Everyone seems to find fun items. Enjoy your great bathtub!

I’m a tub too. Tubby yes I am! And even though that is the most beautiful linen cabinet I’ve ever seen, I don’t wanna admire my tub tubbiness in it.

Anita….this is breathtaking! Exquisite and stunning. I’d be a convert too. Great job on the gorgeous Hobby Lobby mirrors! Love that store. I can see a peek of your bedroom from the master bath. I’m sure we’ll be seeing your new home in national magazines soon! What an opportunity to showcase your styling and decorating talents. Wonderful to have the space for that gorgeous antique linen closet. I’m heading over to see the other rooms.

I soooo love your style! I love that the chair by the tub is a warm wood tone rather than a painted cream or white chair. You have that touch! Have a great day! Beautiful today here in Denver but calling for rain/snow on Friday 🙁 waaaaaaaa!

When guests come and visit, would they get to use that tub? Because if they do…I want to be on the waiting list to get in!

Seriously tho, you did a wonderful job on that room, like every other room… It is calming, stunning and drop dead gorgeous!

    Anita,
I have been away from the blogosphere for a few months (wedding planning, full-time job, farm duties in full swing during the summer), so I am just catching up on your new house. It looks wonderful. I adore this tub, and especially the little niche it is in. So fantastic. I also like how you used a piece of furniture for the “closet”. Living in a historic home, I have developed a fondness for that element of design. This is all gorgeous. I am so happy for you! Hope you are enjoying the weekend in your new abode!
