It’s spring time and that means one thing here.
The bluebonnets are blooming and I’m hanging out on my back porch.
The views are just amazing from our porch.
I’m sharing my back porch today at

Stunning Anita…wish I could come hangout on your porch with you!
It must be so wonderful! I will pop over to Kristen’s later.
Anita, this is one of the perks of living in TX. Even if we don’t have a gorgeous back porch view of a field of bluebonnets, all we have to do is travel the highways to be treated to such spectacular beauty. We have Lady Bird to thank for such beauty across our state. Thanks for sharing………Sarah
Just beautiful!
Sooo pretty…. splash of colour on the field…. reminds me of my childhood 🙂
Amazing views from your porch!
Enjoy your day.

Beautiful wash of blue Anita… wish I could join you.
Enjoy 🙂

You have the most stunning view, Anita! I’m afraid I would just sit out there with a book and a cup of coffee and never go back inside…
Wow how beautiful.. I have never seen them in person only pictures, but they are stunning. I would never leave the back porch. Thanks for sharing.

Oh that is amazing!! What type of flowers are those??
Korrie, we are keeping the ranch!! We are just buying a new city house closer to my husband’s office. Elma, these are Bluebonnets.
Stunning views-which kind are bluebonnets?
Have a good Wed
The blue ones are the bluebonnets. The purple ones are wild Verbena.
Heavenly….

My SIL lives in Boerne and she sent me a great pic of the bluebonnets at sunset. Just adore your porch!
I love this time of year in Texas! I wish I had your view of the bluebonnets but it is wonderful to drive anywhere and see them in full bloom!! Have a wonderful day!~~Angela
Many years ago we took a driving holiday from OKC to Corpus Christi in the first week of April. I’ll never forget my first sight of a field of Blue Bonnets. We had to stop the car so that I could snap picture after picture – a wonderful sight!
What a beautiful sight…..I could just sit there and gaze all day long.

Love the view of the field of bluebonnets from your back porch… Some years I have bluebonnets on my little field, but none this year. I’ll be planting seeds this fall in hopes of flowers next spring.
Thanks for sharing your bluebonnets.
Judith
