I’ve gotten such a wonderful response to the Christmas posts, that I’m doing another one today. Thanksgiving is next week, so if you aren’t thinking about Christmas decorating yet, you probably will be soon.
You can spend a lot or a little. I like to buy quality items so I can reuse them from year to year.
Here’s the car and tree I showed back in 2012. Now this is a hot look. (No I didn’t come up with the idea. I just copied it.)
The cars they are coming up with now are so cute! You can find out more info about the car below HERE.
You can be creative and add natural elements from your yard too.
Yes the giveaway is still going on until the end of the month. Details here.
And if you are looking for something new this year, I’ve curated a list of items I love. You can check them out below. Click on the photo for more info. (Affiliate links)

I love the car and tree items…I have 2 white pencil trees flanking my fireplave. They are new and I also bought 2 inch wide ribbon with rhinestones.
Do you have any ideas decorating for them?

Love the truck & tree. My Neice places a Volkswagen model car with a tree tied on top in her Christmas village display. A fun touch!

I have crocheted Angels, bells and snowflakes my mother made many years ago. I put them on the tree as well as the mantel.

Love the car theme. I have that pillow and a toy “woody” (as we called those wood panel cars back in the day). It came with a surfboard on top, but I just cover with a mini tree. All of your ideas are good choices. Thanks for pre-shopping!

I always use a red toy Ford truck with the tree on top, as we have a big red 53 Ford that is in the local parades, and quite the eye catcher! My husband always puts a wreath on the front and a lighted Christmas tree in the back. It makes people smile and that’s what Christmas is all about! I like to decorate a couple in the house, just for him!

I’ve asked before: Where did you find those bread boards? I’ve searched but come up with nothing. Thanks for any help.
Anita says
I have them imported from Europe and sell them in my shop. I don’t have any right now. I will warn you, the authentic ones are quite expensive and large. I will try to get more in. http://shop.cedarhillfarmhouse.com/products/wood-bread-board

So many pretty Christimas decor items. I like the little station wagon. And the pillow is so cute. I think the suggestion of using a child’s toy-size car or truck with a mini tree on top would be absolutely adorable as the table centerpiece for Christmas morning brunch.
You can also find rubber stamps with either a car or truck with a Christmas tree on top in craft stores or on line. I can think of lots ways to use the rubber stamp, i.e., place cards, gift tags, greeting cards, menu cards, even stamp on paper cocktail napkins. And you can color coordinate the stamped truck or car with the same centerpiece colors.
